Timesheets

Do not submit hours until you have completed the last shift of the week. You must submit your hours in mySparkrock each week, prior to the end of the week, for any hours worked.

To enter time in a timesheet

  • Login to mySparkrock:

  • Select Timesheets under My Self Service:

  • Select the week you wish to enter time for using the <> arrows, then select the contract you wish to enter the hours for in the drop down on the left hand side.  Once selected, enter daily hours worked and tab out. 

  • Once all hours entered, click on the Save button. 

  • Then click on the box beside your name to choose the timesheet and the Submit button will then be available for you to use.

  • Once you click Submit, the Status will then change to Submitted:

  • An email will then be sent to the supervisor to approve these hours.  You no longer need to submit a PDF copy of the timesheet to payroll for processing.  Once approved, the time will be sent to payroll for processing.
