King's administrative offices and buildings will be closed on Friday, May 21 and Monday, May 24
for the Victoria Day holiday.
King's administrative offices will be closed from Wednesday, June 30 - Friday, July 2
for the Canada Day holiday.
Faculty and staff needing to access their offices or spaces at King's are asked to contact security prior to coming to campus and again when they leave so that any spaces being used can be cleaned and disinfected.

For 2020 year-end donations, please visit www.kings.uwo.ca/give. All eligible online donations received prior to midnight on December 31st will be issued a 2020 electronic tax receipt. Aramark / Food Services
The Thames Market is available through online order ONLY for Winter Term. Students, please check your email regularly for weekly order forms to complete. Pick up your meals Monday to Friday from
10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Campus Ministry plans to stream the 11 a.m. Sunday Eucharist for the duration of the pandemic. Updated information regarding mass and other events can be found on the Campus Ministry website.
Central Services is open for limited in-person services from Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. by APPOINTMENT ONLY. This is to ensure social distancing guidelines. If you want to use our services, please mail firstname.lastname@example.org and request an appointment time.

Accounts Payable is currently not in the King's University office; however, available for all inquiries via email at email@example.com.
