Temporary Hours of Operation
King's administrative offices and buildings will be closed on Friday, April 2 for the Good Friday holiday (with the exception of Campus Ministry).
Faculty and staff needing to access their offices or spaces at King's are asked to contact security prior to coming to campus and again when they leave so that any spaces being used can be cleaned and disinfected.

For 2020 year-end donations, please visit www.kings.uwo.ca/give. All eligible online donations received prior to midnight on December 31st will be issued a 2020 electronic tax receipt. Aramark / Food Services
The Thames Market is available through online order ONLY for Winter Term. Students, please check your email regularly for weekly order forms to complete. Pick up your meals Monday to Friday from
10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Bishop Fabbro has permitted parishes to re-open for in-person Mass on the First Sunday of Lent. Our parish will proceed with re-opening our chapel for in-person worship at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Our 5 p.m. Eucharist will be discontinued for the remainder of the academic year. As was the case before shutdown, we require that you register for each Mass that you plan on attending through Eventbrite. We plan to stream the 11 a.m. Sunday Eucharist for the duration of the pandemic. Updated information regarding mass and other events can be found on the Campus Ministry website.
Central Services is open for limited in-person services from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. by APPOINTMENT ONLY. This is to ensure social distancing guidelines. If you want to use our services, please mail email@example.com and request an appointment time.

The Things@Kings newsletter is distributed every Monday and you can subscribe to it by emailing Communications.
Conference Services are currently closed. All Room and Conference bookings have been cancelled or postponed for the remainder of this term. For any upcoming Conference or Event inquiries please email ConferenceServices@kings.uwo.ca.

Student Financial Services
- All financial services are available online or by phone, email. The Student Financial Services desk in Wemple will be open for limited in-person services on Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. starting on Wednesday, February 24, 2021.
- Students with inquiries can email email@example.com and can also set up Zoom meetings for financial counselling.
- Students that need to submit any OSAP documents can also mail them to King’s ATTN: Student Financial Services or fax them to 519-963-0975.
Accounts Payable is currently not in the King's University office; however, available for all inquiries via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. All Accounts Payable functions are still being processed through email and online. Please scan and send invoices, expense claims, etc. to email@example.com.
The Payroll office will be operating remotely and can be reached via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All Human Resources services are provided virtually.
King's Information Technology Services

Residence and Campus Life Office
Residence remains open under the red level protocols. All safety protocols remain in place; please refer to the Residence website for more information. Food Services is open to serve our residents with the current food service delivery models. As well, up to 10 people will be allowed to sit in the Thames Market cafeteria for dining.
