The Lynx program provides online career services for aboriginal post-secondary students and graduates. You can access career development tools as well as internships, summer jobs, co-ops and full-time employment opportunities.
Indspire is an indigenous-led registered charity that invests in the education of indigenous people. Click on the “for students” link to learn about their online mentoring program where they match post-secondary students with mentors in relevant career fields and about available awards and bursaries.
The Inclusion Network is designed as an online meeting place bringing aboriginal job seekers together with inclusive employers-of-choice. You can search and apply for targeted jobs, manage your resume and track your job applications online.

Each of the listed public or private sector companies represents diversity leaders in their industry and region of Canada. Each one has a noteworthy or unique diversity initiative in at least one of the following categories: a) Women; (b) Members of visible minorities; (c) Persons with disabilities; (d) Aboriginal peoples; and (e) Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered/Transsexual (LGBT) peoples.
There are several different experiential opportunities for aboriginal students to explore their interest in the Canadian Armed forces. Opportunities range from a one year educational program through the Royal Military College of Canada to summer training programs for youth on military lifestyle and cultural awareness.
The RBC Aboriginal Training Program in Museum Practices offers professional and technical training for First Nations, Métis and Inuit participants. It is the only program of its kind in Canada. The goal of the Program is to develop ways for Aboriginal Nations across Canada to represent their own history and culture in concert with cultural institutions.
CCAB provides a variety of business development offerings for aboriginal owned businesses and supports entrepreneurs with tools, training, and network building opportunities. There are volunteer opportunities available for aboriginal youth in post-secondary who are interested in business.

An official Canadian site provides aboriginal employment resources, skills development, contacts, information and government services and programs.
Nokee Kwe is a London based services providing free employment and career service including job search support and skill building workshops for both aboriginal and non-aboriginal clients.
Indigenous Services (IS) at Western provides a wide variety of supports for students including access to work study opportunities, volunteer programs, transition supports, and employment counseling resources.
The Munsee and Delaware Nation Employment and Training Department provide employment support to both on reserve and off reserve community members. They provide assistance with job search and return to school planning and also host on-site job fairs.
