Are you struggling with stress, procrastination, or the changes that come with university life? Are you experiencing concerns around identity, worry, or low mood?
Would you like to develop strategies for building your well-being? If so, please join us for this 8-week group experience when we will use a variety of approaches, including discussion, activities and mindfulness techniques, to address the following topics:
  • Overall health & wellness
  • Stress/Motivation/Procrastination
  • Identity
  • Anxiety & Worry
  • Relationships with self & others
  • Adapting to change
  • Mindfulness & Gratitude
  • Supports
The group is free, but registration is required. After registering you will be contacted by one of the group facilitators for a brief phone conversation to determine the suitability of the group for your individual needs. Each session builds upon the previous session, so it is important to attend all sessions.
