A great way to engage in wellness is to do so in community with other students. ACSD strives to provide a safe, supportive and confidential small group setting with group offerings that have been developed directly from feedback and requests made by students about what they feel is most relevant for their experiences.

Would you like to develop strategies for building your well-being? If so, please join us for any or all of the 4 sessions of ‘Be Well’ when we will use a variety of approaches, including discussion, activities and mindfulness techniques, to address the following topics:
- Overall health & wellness
- Coping with Stress
- Managing motivation/procrastination
- Exploring Identity
- Navigating relationships with self & others
- Mindfulness strategies
“Thrive at King’s: Personally and Academically”
Want to feel and do better but don’t know where to start?
ACSD is offering a series of 6 workshops to help students academically and personally. During these workshops we will address topics such as:
- Activating agency -Transitions
- Building new habits -Perseverance and persistence
- Cultivating curiosity -Connections & compassion
- Leading from strengths -Flourishing
- Wide awake learning -Balance
Build motivation, optimism and resilience along with learning essentials like time management and effective studying. You can shift your university experience to something better.
These workshops are FREE. Registration is required and will open soon. You are welcome to attend as many of the workshops as you would like.
