Groups run Thursdays for four weeks from from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Reflection Room.
Dates: January 11, 18, 25 and February 8
Practice techniques to settle a busy brain, calm emotions and re-energize your body & mind.
Open to students, staff and faculty.
