ChangeMaker Conference 2024
The ChangeMaker Conference was created with young women and gender diverse people in mind, to build knowledge about what a career in politics and social justice can look like, and to build confidence so that young women and gender diverse people can be change makers. There will be 3 sessions with different themes that are relevant to women and gender leadership with up to 5 speakers and additional activities for participants.
This year's thematic question is "What does women and gendered leadership look like?" We shall explore the interactions between women and nonbinary civic leaders and the contexts in which they lead and examine how their leadership derives from their purposeful pursuit in advocating and making change in and for their communities.
