King’s University College is inviting all future students, their families and friends to attend a virtual Open House, on March 20, 2021, from 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The virtual Open House will provide an opportunity to “visit” our campus, meet current students, faculty and staff, and learn more about the programs and services offered by King’s. We are excited to introduce future students to the King’s experience, including the new King’s Promise program.

Future students can register at https://www.kings.uwo.ca/future-students/open-house/. Those registering will receive a confirmation email with a link and password to access all of the information sessions.

There will be five draws for $50 gift cards at the King’s Connections (so winners may purchase King’s swag) and another draw for a $250 Apple gift card. Participants are eligible for the draw by following and interacting with the Experience King's Instagram account.

We are excited to welcome our future students to our Virtual Open House. Although the delivery of our Open House may look different compared to previous years, our faculty and staff are eager to create an open, engaging and welcoming atmosphere for students and their families to ask questions and discover what King’s has to offer. As a recent King’s graduate, I can understand the challenges of making decisions about post-secondary education. I am confident that this event will showcase the ‘best of both worlds’ experience that King’s has to offer within the wider Western community,” says Alexis Christie, Coordinator, On-Campus Events.

Like Open Houses in the past, future students can attend information sessions, albeit now via ZOOM meetings. Each program/department will be hosting a 30-minute presentation to discuss the program and to answer any questions from prospective students. Faculty members and student representatives will explain the range of opportunities available within their programs and give perspectives on each department’s learning environment.

There is also the opportunity to learn more about the range of student supports available on campus. Interested students will be able to take part in a virtual tour of campus.
