  • What is OWL Brightspace?
  • Accessing your textbook list and course syllabus
  • Campus resources

  • An opportunity to connect with other new students
  • Learning Skills presentation

  • Introduction to support services available across campus

Join us for a pizza dinner and meet the mature student community.  This is a great opportunity to meet other mature students (incoming and upper year) and connect with people in your program.

Library Research Seminar

Join Emma Swiatek, Head of Research and Information Services at G. Emmett Cardinal Library, as she presents everything you want to know about research.  This interactive session aims to increase, and deepen your familiarity and comfort with library resources, such as online databases and catalogues, search techniques, and other aspects of the research process.

Since our previous "Pizza Meet and Greet" was cancelled due to a power outage at King’s, we will have pizza at this event instead! Pizza will be served between 1pm – 2pm, and you can meet your fellow King’s mature students during this time. The seminar will begin at 2pm. Open to all students age 25 years of age and older.
