Support options:

Devices provided by King’s ITS
  • Full support will be provided to College assigned devices
  • ITS will select, procure and issue the device
  • The devices will have a standard configuration and setup
  • The devices will be registered on the College Mobile Device Management System.
Devices owned by the user and paid for by communications service stipend
  • Support will be provided for configuration
  • In the event of loss or theft, ITS will assist the user with invoking the remote wipe function
