Access and submit timesheets
MySparkrock - Submitting Hours
Please ensure that you do not submit your hours until you have completed your final shift of the week. All hours worked must be entered and submitted in mySparkrock each week before the end of the week.
How to Enter Time in a Timesheet:

Log in to mySparkrock.

Navigate to Timesheets under My Self Service.

Use the < > arrows to select the week you wish to enter time for.

From the drop-down menu on the left-hand side, select the appropriate contract.

Enter your daily hours worked.

Once all hours are entered, click Save.

To submit your timesheet:

Check the box beside your name.

The Submit button will then become available. Click Submit.

Once submitted, the Status will update to Submitted, and an email will be sent to your supervisor for approval. After approval, the hours will be automatically sent to payroll for processing.
