King's Community Garden has returned and expanded. A new greenhouse, new planters, and a new shed await new farmers! These gardens are maintained by students with the support of King's faculty and PAOA members, as we work towards creating more green space on campus. The produce will be available for students, and the excess will be donated to those in need via St. Joe's Café.

We hope the gardens will be a place where students can get their hands dirty and connect with nature in a meaningful way that will nourish both their spirits and bellies.

PHIL 2242: Philosophy of the Earth

PHIL 2242: Philosophy of the Earth includes an experiential learning project in the King's Community Garden. Students will be writing a philosophical statement of principle for the garden. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to participate in planting activities during the upcoming academic year!
