Wifi across campus is called uwosecure-v2. Wifi in residence is called Connect-IT. Both use your UWO username and password.

For uwosecure-v2 wifi follow this:

Password, Email, and Duo mfa

Your email is structured as You can log into most services using only your username. Some services will require your whole email. You may need to try both!

Wireless printers will not work in residence. You must connect to your personal printer via a USB cable. Alternatively, try our Papercut Printing to print anywhere on campus!

Instructions on printing to any large Toshiba printer on campus:

 Residence: Game Consoles / Alexa / google home

Devices can only connect to wifi if they are able to enter a username and password. Home assistants, smart lights, game consoles and wireless printers usually do not meet this requirement and will not work on wifi.

If you have a device that has a wired ethernet port and you wish to plug it in for network access, please submit a ticket to ITS (see HELP DESK SUPPORT info on this page).
