Anastazia Csegeny’21 (BA Honours Specialization in French Language & Literature, Major in English Language & Literature)– Anastazia Csegeny first discovered her place in the King’s community when she was hired on as the Retail Manager of The King’s Connection at the end of her first year. In her second year, she began as the Graphic Design Editor of the student-run magazine The Regis. In her senior years, she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the magazine. One of her academic research opportunities was publishing an essay in the King’s Undergraduate Research Journal (KURJ) on the application of psychoanalytic theory to Charles Perrault’s 17th-century fairy tale, Le Petit chaperon rouge (“Little Red Riding Hood”). Csegeny also served as the Associate Chief Communications Officer (ACCO) for KUCSC and a KAMP mentor. Csegeny will miss King’s small campus that enabled her to find her voice, confidence and become the independent and passionate woman she is today.
