Log into your Student Center and click “View My Graduation Status.” Your updated status will be posted by the end of May.

Log into your Student Center, click “View My Grades” followed by “Grade Report.” The remarks will indicate your eligibility for your requested program/modules.

Academic counselling related to Fall/Winter 2018-19 course selection will start on June 8, 2018. Course registration start dates are as follows:

* For your specific enrolment appointment, monitor your UWO email account closely in the months of June and July. The enrolment appointments represent the day/time that you can first access the registration system; you can continue to enroll online until classes begin in September. Please note that enrolment appointments are randomly generated by Western’s registration system to ensure fairness, we are unable to alter your allotted enrolment appointment.

How to make the most of drop-in academic counselling: 

  • Bring your Western student card to help us pull up your academic record
  • Arrive early! The sign-in sheet is started up to 30 mins. before drop-in hours
  • If you need academic accommodation, make sure you have the appropriate documentation
  • Learn more about your degree requirements before you come in for degree advice
  • Look up the checklists for your module/s posted on the relevant Department’s web page
  • When choosing courses, construct a rough course timetable after searching for open classes on your Student Centre
  • Read course descriptions in the Academic Calendar

The Academic Dean's Office is located in Dante-Lenardon Hall, with the entrance to the left of the main doorway. If you are unable to make the drop-in hours, please come to the counter to book an appointment, or complete an Appointment Request.
