Be Well: Building Confidence, Adaptability and Optimism

“BE WELL: Building Confidence, Adaptability & Optimism”

Would you like to develop strategies for building your well-being? If so, please join us for any or all of the 4 sessions of ‘Be Well’ when we will use a variety of approaches, including discussion, activities and mindfulness techniques, to address the following topics:

  • Overall health & wellness
  • Coping with Stress
  • Managing motivation/procrastination
  • Exploring Identity
  • Navigating relationships with self & others
  • Mindfulness strategies
  • Supports

The group will be held virtually on Wednesdays from 11 a.m. – Noon for four weeks, running on October 13, 20, 27 and November 10.
