Accidental Release of Information

Confidential information can be accidentally released in many ways:

• Auto-complete in the To: field of your email client may fill in the wrong address without you noticing
• Not using the BCC field for confidential addresses
• Losing your phone which doesn’t have an access password
• Leaving documents or a laptop in taxi, at airport or restaurant
• Storing confidential documents on removable media
