How do I get paid?
The only way to get paid is to submit hours through the online Employee Web App portal on a bi-weekly basis. Hours must be submitted by the due date shown on the Web App. Please see the payroll office immediately if you require assistance to avoid delay with your payment.
How do I submit the timesheets?
How do I get my T4 for income tax?
A T4 will be available on the Employee Web App portal by the end of February of the following year. A mailed copy can be requested from the payroll office.
When will my first pay be deposited?
Student’s first pay will typically be deposited three weeks from them starting work and submitting hours. Following this, students should expect to receive their pay on Fridays bi-weekly.
