Adam Taylor

Adam Taylor’21 (BA Honours Specialization in Thanatology, Minor in Psychology)– Adam Taylor felt he belonged at King’s despite his decision to return to education as a mature student. At King’s, he discovered his passion for thanatology through his own study on loss, grief and support after a divorce. After graduation, he hopes to continue his research on divorce. He says that divorce is a common and yet devastating experience, and his research is showing him that we can all use more support. His experience in this study helped him discover his passion for helping others, listening to their stories and validating their experiences. Taylor celebrates the King’s professors, who taught him that we can always learn and grow from our experiences no matter what happens in our lives.
