Fall 2025 Convocation Ceremony

Fall Convocation will take place on October 23, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Canada Life Place in downtown London. Congratulations, King's Class of 2025!

Planning your trip

Regalia
Fall graduates can order their Academic Regalia starting September 2, 2025. The early pre-order deadline is September 30, 2025, and late orders will be accepted until October 6, 2025. Regalia must be returned no later than 6:30 p.m. to either of the designated drop-off locations at Canada Life Place, or during store hours at the Dellelce Family Bookstore or the drop-off box outside the store after hours.
We welcome students to wear their traditional Indigenous Regalia at their convocation ceremony. If you plan to do so, notify the Convocation Team.
Tickets
Visit Western's Convocation tickets page to order your tickets for the ceremony. The form will be available from September 25.
Extra tickets are not guaranteed and are contingent upon the number of graduates and the venue's capacity. Requests will be reviewed and addressed after the October 14 deadline, and student can expect to receive their extra tickets by October 17 at 4:00 p.m.
For those unable to attend in person, all ceremonies are recorded and available online via live webcast. Invite your family, friends, and supporters to join you in celebrating your special day!
Photos
Attending graduates will have their photos taken at Convocation, and Western will provide each graduate with a free 5x7" photograph commemorating the event. Students must pre-register on the GradImages Canada website where they select their ceremony date and time.
Degree Frames
Proudly honour your achievement by having your degree displayed and preserved in a beautiful frame custom-made in Canada for King's University College graduates.
Frames can be purchased online or on campus at the King's Connection.
