Since 2018, The Write place has opened its academic year, along with its tutor preparation by reflecting on, and committing to, ethical and philosophical principles that uphold educational equity and enrichment through diversity. We invite the wider King’s community to reflect with us as we listen to experts with lived experience. In this session, Knowledge Keeper Liz Akiwenzie discusses the importance of Truth and Reconciliation and our shared responsibility to decolonize and Indigenize educational spaces and practices.
