Congratulations to the 21 student-athletes who were recognized as USPORTS Academic All-Canadians for the 2021-2022 academic year. The students distinguished themselves for their efforts representing King’s on the field while continuing to excel in the classroom.

"We are so proud of these students to be able to handle the rigours of being elite athletes and high-achieving academic scholars. To have the strength, resilience and capacity to do this, and all of it during COVID, is unbelievable. They are role models for all of us," says Dr. David Malloy, King's President.

To be named an Academic All-Canadian, student-athletes need to obtain an 80% average the previous year and participate on a varsity team. King’s students are eligible to participate on all Western University sports teams and club and represent the Western Mustangs.
