King's Players seeks volunteers as the show must go on

The King’s Players theatre club are demonstrating that the show must go on! Despite the need for many online and virtual components to the school year, The King's Players will still be putting on a play and a musical in the 2020-2021 season.

To that end, the King's Players is putting out a call for anyone who wants to join their production team. Applications are due Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at midnight. The application forms can be found online.

"Safety is our priority, and we will make alterations to our events as needed to ensure everyone is safe, the events are accessible, and all events will have virtual participation options for those who are either unable or not comfortable attending in-person events. We will be ensuring that mandatory mask policies and social distancing are both followed,” Says Sophia Plommer, King’s Players Commissioner.

While final decisions have not been made as yet, "you can expect some very exciting things from King's Players this year," says Plommer.

The King's Players Theater Company is a popular club at King's. The King's Players is a full-scale student-run theatre production company. Having two major stage productions, weekly improv meetings, and several other minor productions and events thought the year.
