Campus Modernization
Modernizing Our Campus for Learning, Connection and Community
King’s University has long been recognized for its strong academic tradition, close-knit community, and commitment to student success. Learning happens everywhere, and students want their physical experience of the campus to be as good as their human experience.
Residence Revitalization

Revitalizing residence spaces will provide safe, comfortable, and inclusive living environments that foster academic success, personal growth and lifelong community. Upgrading infrastructure, improving amenities, and incorporating sustainable design ensures that King’s continues to meet the evolving needs of today’s students.
Revitalization will include:
- Converting 40 rooms into modern, single-occupancy units
- Creating inviting common lounges and functional study areas to enhance academic and social well-being
- Renovating and refreshing double occupancy rooms to meet updated standards
Classroom Modernization

Modernizing classrooms requires a holistic approach that enhances learning environments through strategic improvements. State-of-the-art facilities will empower our faculty to push the boundaries of discovery and inspire students to reach their highest potential.
Enhancements to classrooms will:
- Integrate cutting-edge technology for interactive, experiential learning
- Upgrade furnishings for collaborative, adaptable layouts
- Ensure classrooms are fully accessible and inclusive
- Improve lighting, acoustics, and durability for long-term functionality
- Create welcoming, inspiring spaces that enhance teaching and spark creativity and discovery
Investing in the Future
Modernizing classrooms and residence spaces is more than a construction project—it’s a commitment to the future of King’s. By investing in upgraded learning and living spaces, we’re investing in our students, our mission, and our long-term success.
