Thank you for your interest in the King's University Alumni European History Tour with Professor Graham Broad. We're excited to announce that this trip is moving forward with those who have already registered. There is still room for additional travellers to join this adventure! Those registering after October 14, 2025, should be prepared to pay the initial deposit immediately. Future payments will align with the original schedule detailed below. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Please note that travel insurance is not included in the cost of the tour. Should you wish to purchase travel insurance, please review the link below that will outline the cost for 3 different plans for adults, based on age. The costs presented do not include taxes, and the relevant provincial tax will be charged at time of purchase (Ontario is 8%). Please note that proof of insurance is an entry requirement for Belgium (https://travel.gc.ca/destinations/belgium#entryexit).

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

The payments for this tour have been broken down into the schedule below, and the full payment for the tour is not due at the time of registration. When you are completing Step #2 of the registration process noted below, it will collect the details of your preferred method of payment. Your form of payment will only be billed on the dates below per the amount indicated (not including any extras or upgrades, such as travel insurance, deviations, or single supplements).

  • Step 1: MS Online Registration & Online Payment Program Deadline
October 14, 2025
  • 1st payment of $1500.00 per person is due
  • For any traveller who wishes to purchase the optional insurance (only available at time of deposit), please refer to the Insurance Information Rate Sheet linked in the insurance question on the MS Registration Form. Please indicate your insurance choice on the Registration Form, and the premium amount will be added to your first deposit on the payment program.

    Those registering after October 14, 2025, should be prepared to pay the initial deposit immediately. Future payments will align with the original schedule.

  • 2nd payment of $1500.00 per person is due
December 1, 2025
  • Deviation Request and Booking Deadline
  • Deadline for additional travellers to register for the tour
January 7, 2026
  • 3rd payment of $1500.00 per person is due
February 23, 2026
  • Final Payment is due

HOW TO REGISTER

To register for this tour, please complete the process below. Kindly note that both steps must be completed and your deposit received to be considered fully registered for this tour.

STEP #1 – MS Registration Form

Please complete this link to submit your traveller details, including passport information, dietary restrictions, roommate preferences, and select any optional travel insurance. NOTE: Each person in your party must complete the form.

TIP: Before sitting down to complete the form, please ensure you have your passport on hand. The form is time sensitive, and it can time out without indicating an error message or submitting your information.

STEP #2 – Online Payment Registration

Please take a moment to read the FAQs before registering. They provide helpful information to guide you through the process. If you have any challenges registering for the online payment system, please do not hesitate to contact their Ontario office by email at support@ellisontravel.com.
