Sergio Janczak is Professor of Strategic and Cross-Cultural Management at Kings University College at The Western University-Canada. Dr. Janczak is the holder of the International Chair in high growth companies at ICN-Business School in Nancy, France and visiting professor at Federal University of Santa Catarina, Brazil.    He has taught at the ECRICOME UNIVERSA Doctoral consortium in Paris, France.

Prior to Academia, M. Janczak has been an electric engineer. His last position he was as a General Director of HR at largest Brazilian company where he worked for 17 years.

Professor Janczak's research focuses mostly on issues related to managing international organizations, Entrepreneurship, Intrapreneurship in corporations and governments.

In the last fifteen years, he conducted important research programs on organizational responses to globalization of markets and on issues of competitiveness and national strategies. He has written several articles in academic or professional journals. He is also a founding member of the Montreal Local Global Research Group, member of the Strategy as Practice Community, and member of the editor committee of the Revue Internationale de Psychosociologie. He collaborates, as a reviewer, to many journals. He is a member of Internationa Management and Entrepreneurship divisions where he has chaired PDWs, symposiums and presented papers.
