Storytelling, Resilience and Reconciliation

Author Waubgeshig Rice will be presenting his talk: Storytelling, Resilience and Reconciliation. Presented by the Centre for Social Concern.

Waubgeshig Rice is an award-winning journalist and author.  His most recent novel, Moon of the Crusted Snow, a post-apocalyptic story of resilience and rebirth set in a remote northern First Nations community, is long-listed for the 2023 CBC Canada Reads competition.  

Waubgeshig Rice is an Anishinaabe writer and journalist from the Wasauksing First Nation near Parry Sound, Ontario, in Canada.
