Inventory and Invention Panel

The "Inventory and Invention" panel is a free event open to the public. It will feature eight panellists discussing how book collections foster both creative and critical productions in literature as well as in the broader creative economy. Panellists will include Ian Rae (King's), Scott Schofield (Huron), James Purkis (Western), Mary Helen McMurran (Western), Alyssa MacLean (Western), Manina Jones (Western), Dominick Grace (Brescia) and Jeffrey Weingarten (Fanshawe).

The panel will take place in the Kenny Theatre at King's University College between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. on March 9th. Doors open at 12:15 p.m. and coffee, tea, and cookies will be served before and after the panel. A smorgasbord will follow the panel and allow audience members to ask questions of the panellists and interact with interested peers.
