Congratulations to all 644 accomplished graduates who were celebrated as part of the Spring Convocation held on June 21, 2023. They are now part of the alumni family and we look forward to hearing about their future endeavours.
Shelley Niro presented with honorary degree
Congratulations to painter, photographer and filmmaker Shelley Niro, MFA '97, (second from left) who received a Doctor of Laws, honoris causa (LLD), at the Spring Convocation ceremony. "I come from people that had stories to tell. Knowledge and histories they wanted to pass on. Their stories become a part of your work and your work holds onto the memories that are shared within that circle," Niro said in her address at Convocation.

King's recognizes academic excellence by bestowing the 2022-2023 Board of Directors’ Gold Medal Awards on 13 deserving graduates of the Class of 2023.
