King’s University College is inviting all potential future students, their families and friends, to attend our Fall Open House, which will take place at the Darryl J. King Student Life Centre on Saturday, November 3 from noon – 4 p.m.

During the Open House, attendees can take tours of the campus and residence to find out what life is like on campus.  They can also talk to current students and professors in a one-on-one setting about the courses and programs offered at King’s. Admissions staff will be on-hand to answer questions about how to apply, programs and scholarships opportunities. As well, many of the student clubs will also be in attendance.

Dr. Tracy Cunningham, Associate Registrar, and Emily Skinner, Vice President, Student Events of the King’s University College Students’ Council, will deliver a welcoming address at 12 noon.

Throughout the afternoon, there will be guest lectures in the King Student Life Centre, Dante Lenardon Hall and Labatt Hall about our academic programs and life at King’s, including:

  • Economics and Finance
  • Management and Organizational Studies
  • Philosophy
  • Religious Studies
  • Psychology

  • Masters of Social Work
  • Bachelor of Social Work
  • Childhood and Social Institutions
  • English
  • French

This will be a great chance to learn how King’s offers the best of both worlds, with access to Western University in a smaller setting. Come and discover all aspects, academically and socially, of the campus to see if King’s is the right place for you to take the next step in your education.

Register for our Open House at https://www.kings.uwo.ca/future-students/open-house/.  Those pre-registering for the Open House will be eligible to win a GoPro action camera. There will be door prizes offered throughout the afternoon, including a GoPro action camera and King’s hoodies, for all attendees (including those who have pre-registered).

Those are unable to attend the Open House can still see all the activities by following the hashtags #Kings2023, #aplacetobe and #aplacetobecome on social media. Campus tours for other dates can be booked by visiting https://www.kings.uwo.ca/future-students/campus-tours/.
