A warm and beautiful Canadian spring sun shone brightly down upon this year's King's International Maple Sugar Bush tour on Friday March 20th. The tour was held at the Kinsmen Fanshawe Sugar Bush in London, Ontario. Close to fifty international and exchange students and their peer guides had a wonderful time learning about the ancient art of maple syrup extraction and production, as well as enjoyed the ride together on a horse-drawn carriage. The day was capped by a pancake and sausage meal topped with maple syrup so fresh that the bottles were still warm. Thanks to all who attended!
