You are going to see a lot of purple around the King’s campus this November. King's hasn’t dispensed with its historic green and gold, but we are supporting a very worthy cause. November is Woman Abuse Awareness and Prevention Month in Ontario and King’s University College, along with many London schools, churches and public and private agencies, is ‘going purple’, the colour chosen to demonstrate solidarity.

While the campus will continue to shine purple throughout November, we invite all members of the King’s community to wear purple on Thursday, November 15th.  Please help King’s support the cause of raising awareness about and reducing the incidences of domestic violence against women.
