Strategic Planning Process

King’s joint Board-College Council Planning committee is planning a broad, thorough, and inclusive consultation to engage all members of our community in shaping a shared vision for our future.

Ensuring that individuals with a diverse range of expertise, perspectives, and experiences contribute openly and honestly to our strategic framework will ensure we have a plan that best serves King’s future.

  1. Kick-Off

    Jan. 2024

    Establish a strong foundation for the project by aligning on expectations and project scope

  2. Engagement & Analysis

    Jan - Feb 2024

    Conduct internal and external stakeholder engagement and research to understand King's current operating environment

  3. Strategy Development

    Mar - Apr 2024

    Based on the findings from Phase 2 work with key stakeholders to develop the draft Strategic Plan  framework

  4. Finalization

    May 2024

    Finalize the Strategic Plan and ensure that Senior Administration is equipped with the necessary tools for the implementation of the plan
