Richard Aduboffour selected in CFL draft

Congratulations to King’s student-athlete Richard Aduboffour, fourth-year Criminology and Sociology student, who was selected by the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League (CFL) as part of the 2024 CFL draft.
“We want to congratulate Richard on this important milestone in his athletic career. I know how hard he has worked on this goal. We at King's are proud of his commitment to excellence on and off the field. Well done Richard,” says Joe Henry, Dean of Students.
The defensive back for the Western Mustangs was a two-time Ontario University Athletics (OUA) All-Star. He made the second-team roster in 2022 and was a first-team All-Star in 2023. Aduboffour had 23 tackles in 2023, added two interceptions and seven pass breakups for the Mustangs.
Aduboffour was selected in the eighth round as the 68th pick overall.
