Instructional Film Request Form
To reserve a film for classroom screening:
- Find your film in the Shared Library Catalogue
- Click the “Reserve item for a classroom screening” link. You will be directed to a request form
- Fill out the form and click Submit
If your item does not include the “Reserve item for a classroom screening” link, place your request by contacting the library where the item is located.
If the item you require is not held by Western Libraries or Affiliated Libraries, use the Request Media Held at Other Ontario Universities form.
Western Libraries is a member of the Interfilm Group, an informal association of 20 Ontario universities with film and video collections. The Media Catalogue (formerly known as WATMEDIA) lists thousands of film and video titles that may be borrowed free of charge. All registered faculty, students and staff of Western University and its Affiliated Colleges (Brescia, Huron, King's) and St. Peter's Seminary are eligible to request media from these collections.
