Click on any link below to add the corresponding Auto Attendant (AA) or Call Queue (CQ) to your Teams directory.

Upon clicking, you will be redirected to a browser tab. If Teams is not already open, it will prompt you to open the Teams app.
In Teams, you can choose to either directly call the AA or CQ, or cancel. This action will still populate the AA or CQ into your Teams directory even if you choose not to call.



Once you've clicked on a link once, you no longer need this directory to call it in the future. Instead, in Teams search for the keyword 'Auto Attendant' or 'Call Queue', preceded by the name of the AA or CQ, to locate it in your Teams Calls app.


 

After completing the process, feel free to close the browser tab that was opened.
