Cyber Security Workshop

The workshop is designed for a general audience.  While technical concepts will be discussed, it is primarily aimed at College users and prior knowledge is not required.  The workshop will raise awareness of the dangers that are present using examples to help identify and avoid attacks.  Participants will learn to recognize social engineering tricks and the impacts of cyber-crime.  Here is what is covered:

• CEO and Wire Transfer Fraud
• Business email compromise
• Ransomware
• Phishing – via email, text or voice
• Fake applications and websites

The workshop will take place on Tuesday February 20^th at 10:00 AM and 1:00PM.  ALL staff, PAOA and administration are strongly encouraged to attend.  The location is the Vitali Lounge extension. Please register below
