GCE Advanced Level and/or Advanced Subsidiary (AS) Level documents sent directly to Western from the examining boards as listed below:
- AQA: Confirmation of Results to a Third Party
- Cambridge (CIE): Certifying Statement of Results
- Edexcel: Certifying Statement of Results
- OCR: Certifying Statement of Results
Certificates must be official. Photocopies are acceptable if certified by school principal, head, or counsellor. Notarized copies are not acceptable.
Note: Provisional results (i.e. A Statement of Results, Provisional Results Information, Candidate Statement of Provisional Results) will be used for a preliminary evaluation of the final grades until the certificate / certifying statements become available in the fall. Photocopies are acceptable if certified by school principal, head, or counsellor.
Applicants may be considered for conditional admission on the basis of predicted results while in progress in the GCE Advanced Level/Advanced Subsidiary Level courses. Predicted results and final O-Level results must be submitted directly to Western from the institutions attended.

This online form must be completed by either a Counsellor or Principal from the applicant’s school. Results submitted by an applicant will not be accepted.

The Cambridge Pre-U Certificate or Cambridge International Pre-U diploma may be submitted in lieu or in combination with GCE Advanced Levels. Certificates must be official.
