Ontario High School Students

  • Apply on OUAC. We get your grades from OUAC, so you do not need to send us a transcript.
  • Check that your school has uploaded all your courses and marks, including courses still in progress.
  • Accept your offer by June 1 to secure your place and guaranteed residence.

  • Apply on OUAC, then upload your transcripts to your King's Applicant Portal.
  • Documents uploaded to the Western Student Centre are not reviewed by King's.
  • Accept your offer by May 1 unless your offer letter says otherwise.

College and university transfer students

  • Apply on OUAC, then upload transcripts from every college or university you have attended to your King's Applicant Portal.
  • Documents uploaded to the Western Student Centre are not reviewed by King's.

Mature students

  • Don't meet the minimum academic requirements? You may still be considered if you're a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, at least 21 in the year you start, and haven't studied full-time in the past four years.
  • Apply for part-time study on OUAC, with an academic reference letter and a personal statement.
  • Mature students start part-time and can ask to switch to full-time after first year.
