Flowers Friends and relatives wishing to send flowers to graduates are requested to have them delivered to Room 15, (lower level) Alumni Hall before 4:30 p.m. The flowers should be picked up in that area IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE CEREMONY.

Prefer 9:00 a.m.
(open all morning)

Pick up Academic Regalia in the Kenny Theatre in the Darryl J King Student Life Centre at King's.  All candidates must have a black gown and hood.

Regalia must be preordered through the Convocation website. www.kings.uwo.ca/convocation.

10:15 a.m   Refreshments and light luncheon in the Darryl J. King Student Life Centre at King’s.

Graduates and their guests are welcome.
King’s Degree Frames will be available for purchase.

11:00 a.m.

Awards ceremony, Andy and Helen Spriet Learning Commons.

11:15 a.m. -  11:30 a.m. Graduates will assemble in Library for procession from Cardinal Carter Library to Labatt Hall for the Baccalaureate Mass.

All are warmly invited to attend our Baccalaureate Mass and to begin this event in a spirit of praise and thanksgiving.

Free parking available at King’s.

11:15 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Faculty and staff will assemble in front of Labatt Hall for procession (in pairs) into the Hall behind graduates.  Procession to begin at 11:45a.m..

11:45 a.m.

The Baccalaureate Mass will take place in Elizabeth A. Bessie Labatt Hall.

12:45 p.m. Shuttle Bus Transportation to Alumni Hall.  Please board a bus as soon as possible after the Mass. Shuttle buses will begin transporting graduates to Thames Hall.  Guests without tickets are invited to view the ceremony via broadcast in the Kenny Theatre.

1:45 p.m. sharp

Assemble in Thames Hall Gym, Room 3120, Thames Hall, Western.  Shuttle bus available from King’s.

Ample time to arrive at Alumni Hall.

1:45 p.m. -
2:50 p.m.

Guests of Graduates must be seated in Alumni Hall, Western by 2:50 p.m.

Unoccupied reserved seating will be given up to guests without tickets at 2:30 p.m.

3:00 p.m.

Convocation Ceremonies begin at Alumni Hall, Western.

The ceremony will also be broadcast in the Kenny Theatre.

5:00 p.m.

Buses at Alumni Hall, Western, return to King's.

Alumni Reception at King's.

5:00 p.m. -
7:00 p.m.

Alumni Association Wine and Cheese Reception for graduates and guests in the Darryl J. King Student Life Centre.  Cash bar.

Reception in Darryl J. King Student Life Centre. Graduates and their guests are welcome.  King’s University College degree frames and framing opportunity available.

Regalia must be returned to King's at the end of the day

Last bus from Alumni Hall to King's.
