Print tickets for guests.  Tickets will be released for the June Convocation starting the end of May, 2019 (http://convocation.uwo.ca)

Photography: attending graduates will have their portraits taken at Convocation, and Western will provide each graduate with a 5x7 photograph free of charge after the ceremony*. Students will be required to pre-register online, where they can select their ceremony date and time.

Day of Convocation – Wednesday, June 19, 2019

Parking: all of the King’s lots will be available for guest parking.

Please note that if you pre-ordered regalia then it will be available for pick-up in the Joanne and Peter Kenny Theatre in the Darryl J. King Student Life Centre at King's (not at Western) beginning at 9 a.m. on June 19. Your order must have been confirmed on or before the deadline of June 4. If you do not have confirmation of your order before June 4 then you will need to pick up your regalia at Western in the UCC building near Mustang Lounge.  Following Convocation, regalia must be returned to the Joanne and Peter Kenny Theatre at King's. 

Awards Ceremony and light brunch in the Darryl J. King Student Life Centre at 10:15 a.m.

Graduates must make their way to the Cardinal Carter Library for 11:15 a.m. to line up for the procession into the Convocation Mass.

Graduates must assemble by 1:45 p.m. sharp in their assigned location with their regalia. 
You will need to line up in the correct location for assembly and procession into Alumni Hall.

During the week of Convocation you will determine the location of your line by logging into your student account here
The convocation ceremony will begin promptly at 3 p.m. in Alumni Hall, Western. 

Graduates will be given instructions regarding the procession at this time.

After Convocation

Reception.  Buses will be returning graduates and guests to King’s for a reception hosted by the Alumni Association for new alumni and guests.

Return regalia – gowns and hoods must be returned after the ceremony on Wednesday, June 19.  You can return them to the Darryl J. King Student Life Centre.

You will have an opportunity to purchase degree frames at King’s during the Alumni reception.
