Resilient Transitions 
Melissa Page-Nichols MSW of Counselling and Student Development will be talking with us about resilience during times of change.  Whether it be the change from one school to another, relationship changes ,changing majors, moving away from home, change brings good and bad stress.  Come join a discussion about resiliency.
