Phase D - Full Return to Campus

Overall Objective: Return to largely pre-pandemic campus conditions

Goal 1: Bring majority of in-person services, classes, and programming back to campus

Goal 2: Protect the health and safety of faculty, staff, and students who will be physically present on campus

Goal 3: Resume regular research and teaching activities

Goal 4:  Provide measures/procedures for a safe return for international students returning from countries outside Canada, including additional academic and service supports for students unable to return to Canada.

Outline of what to expect in Phase D

1. Pre-Covid levels of programming, classes, services, facility use 
2. Pandemic Plan will be activated if there is a second wave of Covid-19
