LONDON INTERFAITH PEACE CAMP

London Interfaith Peace Camp is a collaborative community project that encourages understanding and cooperation among Jewish, Christian, and Muslim faith groups. Rooted in the shared values of these Abrahamic traditions, the LIPC is a week-long day camp offered to students in grades 1 through 8. The interaction has encouraged groups that normally do not relate to each other in an interfaith context to forge friendships and share peace building.

NORTHERN OUTREACH

Several trips are planned each year which allow students from southern Canada to visit and engage some of the most northern communities in Canada. We strive to answer the call of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, walking in solidarity with our indigenous brothers and sisters.  This program can be taken for credit (Religious Studies 2351g). For more information, contact Rev. Michael Bechard at michael.bechard@kings.uwo.ca.

CJCML

The Centre for Jewish-Catholic-Muslim Learning brings together all the children of Abraham to discuss topics of common interest and to develop ways of building bridges of peace and understanding throughout our communities.
