Sergio Janczak is Full Professor of Entrepreneurship and Cross-Cultural Management at King's University College at Western University in Canada. Dr. Janczak is a systemic wellness coach and mentor for SMEs and middle managers looking for high-impact transformation. He is a certified career coach and mentor for professionals looking for an international experience. Dr. Janczak has acted as a visiting professor at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, Brazil, and Kwansei Gakuin University, Japan. He has taught at the ECRICOME UNIVERSA Doctoral consortium in Paris, France, and for the first Management Ph.D. program in artificial intelligence
