#BellLetsTalk day is a great way to start the conversation about mental health. Join us to help break the stigma around mental illness. Every time you talk, text and join in on social media on January 30, Bell will donate 5¢ more to mental health initiatives.
Mental health and wellness involves finding a balance in all aspects of life, including physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. King's is committed to supporting all students, staff, and faculty in reaching their highest potential, and that includes providing a multitude of wellness resources available on campus.

“Find the Toques!”
Join in on our Bell Let’s Talk Day hat hunt! We’ve hidden 20 Bell Let’s Talk toques around wellness centres on the King’s campus. Finders keepers! The hat hunt is on while supplies last. - Will you be the first to find a toque?
