On the third Thursday of every month throughout the Academic Year, Joe Henry, Dean of Students, hosts an Ask Dean Joe session in the Student Life Centre. With King’s becoming a largely virtual campus, Henry practiced social distancing by recording a video for the March version of his popular meeting.

You may view the video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hpx3gA6Pthk.

In this video version of “Ask Dean Joe,” Henry discussed how King’s is working with our international students, both those who are transitioning home and those who remain on campus. Henry thanks everyone on the Residence staff, Physical Plant and Food Services staff for “going above and beyond the call of duty to support our students through this situation.”

Additionally, King’s International is working with inbound and outbound exchange students to support them in their respective journeys.

King’s Student Support services have been working to transition to an online environment, using telephone services and Zoom virtual meeting software.

Henry also discusses the “unique to King’s” Call Back service where students can ask questions and receive an answer from King’s staff members. You can ask your question at https://www.kings.uwo.ca/callback.
