Members of Human Resources, Payroll, and Alumni and Development will soon be moving into a new location: King’s Modular (KM).

"We have an existing need for office space due the growth in faculty and staff employees and the modular building will help us meet some of this demand," says Chris MacNeil, Director, Physical Plant.

The new 60’ by 90’ building will contain 25 offices as well as a meeting room and small kitchenette. There are nine offices allocated for faculty use. It is located in the former temporary parking lot (P8) on the south side of St. Thomas Aquinas House. 

Employees will begin moving in on September 27.
