Legacy Giving
Consider a gift that will make a difference to future generations of King’s students …
Annual Gift
Funds from the Annual Giving Program are directed toward The Student Life Campaign – At the Centre of it All, the most ambitious fundraising initiative in the College’s history with a goal of $10.5 million. The campaign is focused on King’s highest priorities needs – the Darryl J. King Student Life Centre and creating more financial assistance for students in need.
Through our direct mail and e-mail, the Annual Giving Program provides us with the opportunity to connect with our alumni, friends and parents of past and current students and provide current information about the growth and improvements taking place at King’s.
There is an opportunity for everyone to have a meaningful impact on King’s through Annual Giving. Donations received through this program help ensure the proud tradition at the College continues.
For more information, or to make your annual gift, please contact the Foundation Office at (519) 433-3491 or 1-800-265-4406 x4500. Or you can make your on-line donation today!
Memorial/Tribute Gifts
You can make a memorial gift to King’s University College Foundation in memory of a friend or loved one who has passed away.
You can also honour or pay tribute to someone on a special occasion such as an anniversary or birthday, with a gift to King’s. We will send a card to the person you have chosen to honour and you will receive a charitable tax receipt in your name.

Endowed Gift
As a donor, you may choose to endow a gift in order to provide a reliable and stable source of funding to the College. The principal is invested and the annual income is directed to the area you choose (scholarships and bursaries). The endowment is managed by expert advisors and governed by the Foundation’s investment policies and it benefits King’s forever.
An endowed fund can be named for you the donor or you may choose to honour a special person in your life.
For more information please contact King's University College Foundation at (519) 433-3491 or 1-800-265-4406 ext 4500 or email kcfoundation@uwo.ca.
Named Gift
There are a variety of opportunities for donors to have their name associated with a specific student award/bursary or a particular building or classroom on campus. A named gift to the College sends a strong message to our students, alumni, faculty and the wider community that an individual, business or organization believes in the value of a liberal arts education at King’s.
Named gifts may bear your name, your family name, your company’s name, or the name of someone you wish to honour or memorialize. Through a named gift, the generous support of the donor or designee can be appropriately recognized as a permanent part of King’s University College.
Naming opportunities are available to donors with a gift starting at $12,500. A donor may choose to name a student award/bursary, or a scholarship. Or, a donor may choose to designate their gift towards a building, classroom or other space on campus. Naming opportunities for physical space start at $15,000.
