Ontario High Schools

Ontario secondary school students seeking admission to King's in September 2012 must present the Ontario Secondary School Diploma and include a minimum of six Grade 12U/M courses including Grade 12U English. Other Grade 12 U/M credits may be required depending upon your program of choice. Students may also present six 12U, M or OAC courses in combination as long as English and other prerequisites (if required) are presented.

At King's, we limit the number of students accepted into our first year program in order to ensure that every student receives a quality education. Our admission requirements are established to maintain high academic standards and to keep our first year class relatively small each year.

Upon receipt of your application an acknowledgement letter will be sent to you. Students may complete an Applicant Profile (which describes extenuating circumstances and extracurricular activities), which will be considered in cases where the minimum average wasn't met.

Click here for the Applicant Profile.

Offers will be sent in early May 2012. You will be considered for admission to King's on the basis of your interim (mid-year) average on your best six credits which must include any required 12U/M courses (average to be determined at a later date).
